NSW Rural Fire Service issues multiple alerts in the Back Country

NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) has several grass fires to attend in the Back Country.

A fire has broken out at One Tree, north of Hay.

A fire covering five hectares is being controlled at Breer Hut at Yanga National Parks near Balranald.

A second blaze close by at Uara Creek is also being attended by RFS.

RFS officers have a third alert in the Balranald area - on Waugorah Road - listed as under control.

At Rankins Springs a grass fire on Naismiths Lane has covered three hectares.

RFS says while there is no immediate danger to residents, it is vital to stay up to date in case the situation changes.
