NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) deploys aircraft to battle grass fires at Carrathool

RFS MIA District has deployed multiple crews, aircraft and heavy plant to an incident on Cameron Rd, Carrathool.

More than 500 hectares has been burned but RFS says the blaze if under control.

A small grass fire is also under control after breaking out along Merungle Rd, Hillston.
