Grahame John Franks appeared at Griffith Local Court via video link yesterday (Wednesday December 10, 2025),

Franks is facing a charge of possess child abuse material, disseminate child abuse material, six charges of possess unauthorised firearm and a charge of possess ammunition without holding a licence or permit.

Bail was not applied for, and was formally refused by Magistrate Pauline Wright.

Franks will remain in custody until he next faces court on February 19, 2026.
