Warburn (north of Griffith) Kidman Way near Cunningham Road still closed after fatality

A man has died and two other men are in a serious condition following a single-vehicle crash in Griffith earlier this morning.


At about 2:05 am today, emergency services were called to Kidman Way, Warburn, following reports a four-wheel drive had veered off the road and rolled.


A male occupant of the vehicle was assisted by police, however he died at the scene.


He is yet to be identified.


Two men aged 29 and 30 were treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before they were taken to Griffith Base Hospital in a serious but stable condition.


They will undergo mandatory testing.


Officers attached to Murrumbidgee Police District established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the crash.


A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.


As of 1pm today, the Warburn (north of Griffith) Kidman Way near Cunningham Road was still closed.
