ProTen results - Ivanhoe eyes of finals advantage

Ivanhoe Roosters remain undefeated in the ProTen Community Cup men’s competition,

which sets them up to host finals games


Goolgowi Rabbitohs hosted round three on Saturday, and took the opportunity to gather the crowds for reunions of their 1965, 1985 and 2004-2005 premierships teams.

In front of the home town crowd the Rabbitohs pulled off two wins for the day. The men’s team win was the first for the season, which would have set up the Old Boys reunion up for a great celebration

Undefeated Ivanhoe are in prime position to host a home final, while Rankins Springs Dragons released a barrage of tried on Deniliquin Blueheelers - they score ten tries. The Dragons’ Damien Walker posted 26 points on his own from two tries and nine goals.

Goolgowi Rabbitohs 8 (Tries McKenzie Dowell, Tyesha Clark-Ebsworth) defeated Hillston 0

Ivanhoe 22 (Tries Tyrelle Jones, Ethan Harris, Tyrone Johnston, Billy Gilbert. Goals Patty Miller 2, Anthony Jones) defeated Barellan 12 (Tries Tom Barrter, Noah Forbutt. Goal Noah Forbutt 2)

Rankins Springs 58 (Tries Damian Walker 2, Billy Vearing 2, Bart McIntyre, Sam Richards, Tom Power, Brent Parsons, Josh Richards, Salesi Fatafehi. Goals Damien Walker 9) defeated Deniliquin 6 (Try Jay. Goal Jamin Jones)

Goolgowi 8 (Try Daniel Brown. Goals Toby Hams 2) defeated Hillston 0.
