The previously undefeated Waratahs were unable to contain Leeton at their home ground, going down by 17 points.
Leeton also wiped the paddock with Waratahs in the league tag match, posting a 32-nil shut out.
In another first grade upset, TLU Sharks overcame Black & Whites, in Griffith, grinding out their second win in as many weeks.
An undermanned Hay Magpies reserve grade struggled against Yenda, allowing Waratahs to edge forward on the Toby Blunt Cup ladder.
