Around the grounds in ProTen round five

Hosts Hillston Bluebirds didn’t get a round five win, but they paid homage to the many volunteers who helped make the round and the season possible.

”From line marking, organising our raffles, buttering countless rolls, making programmes, countless trips to Griffith, making rosters … the list goes on.

It’s lot of background hours and it takes a lot of help to make it so successful,” the club said.

At the end of the round Monique Higgins racked up seven goals and Brayden Stewart, Billy Vearing and Noah Forbutt each crossed the try line twice to score doubles.
