Noongaburra offered for sale

The broadacre cropping and pistachio lands of Noongaburra Station have hit the market.


The price guide for the 5,814 hectare property is $65 million.

The property was last purchased in 2015, by Dutch businessman Ron Meijer.

Located on the northern side of the Murrumbidgee River west of Hay, the Noongaburra sale also includes more than 13,000 megalitres of water entitlements, across various NSW and Victorian licences.

3,054 hectares has been developed to irrigation, 325 hectares to dryland cropping, and 181 hectares has been planted to a pistachio orchard.



As well as pistachios, Noongaburra also produces cotton, corn, wheat, barley, canola and chickpeas as well as pistachio production. 

The property sale includes three homes, workshop and office extensive shedding, grain storage and a weighbridge.

The Property is being offered for sale in-one-line as a total holding, or as a standalone broadacre opportunity, with the vendor retaining the pistachio orchard and related support land and buildings.
