Federal Member for Parkes Jamie Chaffey is urging businesses across the Parkes electorate to consider applying for the 2025 Innovate with nbn Grants Program.
The program, delivered in partnership with the Regional Australia Institute, is celebrating its sixth year of supporting regional businesses that are using the nbn network to drive innovation, improve productivity, and deliver meaningful social outcomes in their community.
“Businesses in the Parkes electorate are no strangers to overcoming the challenges of connecting and communicating that come with living and doing business in a regional area,” Mr Chaffey said.
“The region has many innovative businesses that have found ways to make the nbn work not only for them, but to build a better community.
“I urge businesses that are using the nbn network to help regional Australians live an even better life to consider applying for one of these grants.”
There are seven categories: agriculture, arts and tourism, education, health, Indigenous business, sport and recreation, and women in regional business. Each category winner will receive $15,000, with an additional $20,000 awarded to the overall winner.
The closing date for applications is midnight Sunday, 12 October 2025. For more information and to apply, visit nbnco.com.au/innovatewithnbn .
