Pencil into your calendar the Murray River Salami Festival. It’s on Saturday November 9, from 10am to 4pm at Euston Club Resort Riverfront Reserve, and entry is free.

At the event, there will be a salami making demonstration by James Mele, food vendors, alcohol vendors for those 18 and over, free kid’s activities, market stalls, and salami vendors.

There will be live musical entertainment, the Get Your Groove on kid’s show,

Salami Competition Judging will take place from 8am to 10am in the Euston Club Resort Function Room, and is open to the public for viewing.
