Dry Times Truck Show draws big crowds to Ivanhoe

The Ivanhoe Dry Times Truck Tractor Car and Bike Show was a raging success.

President of the committee Allan Carmichael said the crowd was amazing, enough so the teams which were cooking could handle.

"If there were many more we might have had a struggle, but it was enough for us to handle.

“We can’t tell you how grateful we are for all of the support and help given to us.

The Central Darling Shire came down before the event and helped us fix a lot of things, and put in a new dump point before the event.

“So many businesses and people who donated things; business and people from Hay who have been behind us since 2019 and continue to be behind us.

“We couldn’t be happier with the amount of money raised, people were so generous, bidding on the items on the auction truck.

Lindsay McDonald and crew who come every time with their B Doubles full of tractors and vehicles for the tractor pull.”

A WB ute owned by the Ingram family won best utility, and a red B Model Mack owned by Graham Danson won best truck.
