Police pursued an alleged stolen vehicle.

Around 3.10pm Monday January 20, officers attached to Murrumbidgee Police District were patrolling on Cobb Highway, near south of Hay, when they attempted to stop a white Chery SUV, with a dangerous driving manner.  

When it failed to stop, a pursuit was initiated.

The pursuit continued through to the southbound of Cobb Highway, however it was terminated due to a communications issue.

Further checks revealed the vehicle was reported stolen from Queensland.
