NSW State emergency Service (SES) is inviting landholders along the Barwon-Darling Basin between Bourke and Menindee Lakes to attend a community information session online about how to prepare for flooding within your catchment.

Representatives from the NSW SES other relevant agencies will be on hand to answer questions and provide guidance specific to the local area.

SES says the session will provide up-to-date information on current river levels, potential flood risks to properties and access routes, what to expect in coming weeks as flows move downstream, how landholders can prepare and stay informed and what support and resources are available.

"We’d like to hear your local knowledge and provide you with an opportunity to ask questions," and SES spokesperson said.

"Please join us to stay informed and help strengthen flood preparedness for your community."

If joining from your mobile device (phone or tablet), please download the Microsoft Teams App or scan the QR code below.
