2 Hay FM received a nominee award in the Community Group Award Category on Friday night at the Awards Australia Gala Presentation Dinner.

Matt travelled to Sydney Friday afternoon where he was presented with the award on stage.

Background of 2Hay FM was given by Hugh Whitfield from Channel 7 as he received the award.

"It's great to represent the station and assist in putting Hay on the map once again," said Matt.

People attended from across NSW and the ACT Matt noting it was an enjoyable night networking and celebrating the achievements of all.
